Your name, phone no via email to every entrusted loan company's customer service email, you can also contact our agent for the email address if you don't know how to get it.
You can also provide your name, phone no and transaction record like repayment screenshot to us, we will transfer it to the loan company you owed money for refund.
If you are our staffs and made transaction to company account by mistake, please send email to hr@comatrix-collection.com for refund.
